  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we offer flat rate international shipping on all products. You will receive a tracking notification email once your order has been shipped. Standard shipping has a 12 - 14 business days delivery timeframe, once your order has been shipped.
  • Where is my order?
    For the most accurate tracking updates, click on the tracking link sent to your email following your order being shipped. If you are unable to access this link or did not receive the email please fill out a contact form and we will get in touch. At times to increase the speed of your order, items may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers, you will receive a separate email tracking for each parcel.
  • My order has not been delivered.
    For orders placed via PayPal, please double check your shipping address is up to date to ensure your order delivery address is accurate. If you order has been returned to our fulfillment centre due to an incorrect address/name/details, please reach out via Contact Form immediately for redelivery to be orgainsed. Returned packages may take up to 4 weeks to arrive back at our fulfillment centre depending on your countries shipping companies priority rating on returning parcels. **Please note; our fulfillment centres are unable to hold a returned package longer than 4-weeks, you must provide an updated address/details within this time for your order to be redelivered.
  • What size apparel should I order?
    Each product name, style, fabric and key fit details are located in the item description to assist you in choosing the right size. Still unsure? We recommend searching the product name and brand for the most accurate measurement charts.
